AHLWA Holiday Lighting & Snow Removal requires a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may result in the forfeiture of the deposit due to time, scheduling, and material commitments. Once materials have been ordered or installation has begun, deposits are non-refundable.Weather conditions such as ice, wind, heavy snowfall, or unsafe roof surfaces may require us to reschedule your appointment. If we must adjust the schedule due to weather or safety issues, there is no penalty to the customer. However, if the customer is unwilling to accept the next available rescheduled time, the original deposit may be held. Refunds are issued only in cases of incomplete service, double payment, or billing errors. Refunds are not provided for completed work, natural weather changes after snow removal, snow drifting back onto cleared areas, or lighting issues caused by customer-owned equipment, power problems, or weather exposure.By booking with AHLWA, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
